In 2009, Desperate Men worked with Gloucestershire County Council to deliver Severn Mud Larks, part of the ongoing Severn Project which we have been part of since 2006.

‘Severn Mud Larks’ was based around interpretations of Alice Oswald’s specially commissioned poem, ‘A sleepwalk on the Severn’. It involved community arts groups right across Gloucestershire and culminated in two major events in Tewkesbury and Lydney, including dance, theatre, music and a wirewalk across the river.
