Originally commissioned by Falkirk Council to mark the introduction of new smoking laws in Scotland. Looking very like the traditional Arbroath Smokey, this filleted double headed kipper travels around attempting to smoke.

No longer able to wheeze away in a cosy Smokery, they must find alternative places in which to partake of a puff. One kipper says ‘Are you still smoking?’ the other replies ‘No I’m cured’ … Mixing the theatrically absurd with topical social issues, the kipper twins offer opposing views on smoking and battle the attractions of the evil weed.
